Typically, we manage about 5-6 hours of workshop time each day, as well as plenty of free time for practice, jamming, informal instruction, taking walks on the beach (it is warm enough to swim in the ocean!), etc. I rent a VERY large house (sleeps 22 but I limit participants to 12) right on the beach. We have a wonderful chef make dinners for us. This is an affordable week (comparable to many of the music camps) and lots of fun. Last year, we had 11 players coming from 9 different states (MO, MI, MD, MA, NY, VA, NC, FL, AK). Contact Ken for planning workshops like this in your area.
